I spent many years working as a Travel Agent. I am often asked where is my favourite place for a holiday. It has to be St Lucia in the Caribbean. There is so much to see and do on an island that is only 27 miles long. I went zip-lining in a rainforest at the age of 60.

Caribbean Facts

On the Caribbean Island of Bonaire. children have to attend school between 4 and 18 years of age.
If a child misses school 3 times, the parents are visited by the police. If the parents haven't got a good reason as to why the child has not been to school, the parents are deemed unfit and the child is taken away and given to foster parents. The child cannot return home to it's natural parents until it is 21 years old
